About me

Hello Friends. This is Raakesh Kapoor. I am Techie by profession and Blogger by hobby. Technology is my passion and I love learning and working on new Technologies. I’ve over 14 years of experience in IT and worked for some great organizations like HCL, CSC, Microsoft, etc.

Being a Techie I worked on multiple technologies like Microsoft® Directory Services, Citrix® XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop, VMWare® ESXi Server, SharePoint, Amazon Web Service, etc. I’ve earned couple of certification like MCSE, VCP, PMP, ITIL, etc.

Flip side, being a blogger I learned WordPress, YouTube Marketing, SEO, Google® AdWords, Google® AdSense, etc.

I completed my schooling from DAV Centenary Public School Noida and graduation from Delhi University in the year 2000. I was an average student with no interest in Computers. I was always a backbencher and preferred to go to playground instead of attending Computer classes in school.

First Computer course of my career was the MS-Office course from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Delhi. Simple animation and transition effects in Powerpoint were the turning point of my life and since then Computers are my hobby and Technology is my passion.

How I Started Blogging

My passion for technology inspired me to start writing this blog http://www.ITIngredients.com. I don’t want to restrict this blog to one core technology. I’ll share my knowledge with the help of this blog. I’ve a long way to go, please extend your help and support to make it a successful journey.
